Privacy-focused capture for warehouse traceability data.

BatchVerify is designed around practical label capture, operator review, and export workflows. This page explains how the website works today and what teams should expect from app capture data.

Website privacy

This marketing website is static. It does not include a backend, database, authentication, payment flow, or hosted form submission system.

Support and EOI emails

The support forms open your email app with a pre-filled message to support@batchverify.com.au. The website does not store those form entries. Your email provider handles the message once you send it.

App data posture

BatchVerify is built for product labels, packaging, documents, capture images, OCR-assisted text, field review, and exported records. Product privacy information covers how capture images, OCR output, exported files, device data, and team features are handled as those capabilities become available.

Traceability records

Traceability data may include SKU values, batch or lot numbers, serial numbers, expiry dates, quantities, PO/reference fields, and operator-entered corrections. Teams should treat exported records as operational data.

Future team features

Team, enterprise, sync, simulator, webcam, or integration features will be described as active capabilities only when they are available. Privacy information will be updated before those features launch.
