1. About BatchVerify
BatchVerify provides mobile tools for capturing product-label details, reviewing traceability data, and exporting structured information for operational workflows.
2. Use of the service
You may use BatchVerify for lawful business and operational purposes. You must not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer restricted parts of it, or use it to process data you do not have permission to handle.
3. Accounts and devices
Some current or future features may require app store access, device permissions, subscriptions, or team accounts. You are responsible for controlling access to devices, exported files, and any accounts used with the service.
4. Capture accuracy and review
OCR, barcode, and camera-assisted capture can be incomplete or incorrect. BatchVerify is designed to assist review, not replace operator verification. You are responsible for checking records before relying on them or importing them into another system.
5. Customer data
You remain responsible for the labels, documents, images, records, exports, and other data you capture or process with BatchVerify. You must ensure you have the right to collect, use, export, and share that data.
6. Exports and integrations
CSV, XLSX, and future export formats are provided to support operational workflows. You are responsible for validating exported data before using it for compliance, inventory, purchasing, recalls, audits, or system imports.
7. Plans and payments
Free, paid, team, and enterprise features may differ. If paid plans are introduced through an app store or other billing provider, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may also be subject to that provider's terms.
8. Availability
BatchVerify may change, pause, or remove features over time. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
9. Intellectual property
BatchVerify, its branding, website, app design, and software remain owned by their respective rights holders. You retain responsibility for the operational data you capture and export.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BatchVerify is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, compliance failures, recall decisions, inventory decisions, or downstream system errors arising from use of the service.
11. Indemnity
You agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of the service, your breach of these terms, or your unlawful handling of data captured or exported through BatchVerify.
12. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if the service is misused, if required by law, or if continued access would create operational, security, or legal risk.
13. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the updated terms.
